Vegetable stock pot
Miso paste
Soy sauce

Soften the diced onion in a little sesame oil and add 2tsp garlic and ginger paste
Stir in stock, soy sauce and miso paste, simmer gently

Add anything you like to the broth – it’s that versatile!

We used:

King Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms
Choi Sum
Tender stem broccoli
Edame beans
Sprouted things that are green
Rice noodles

I forgot to add the baked tofu (it was still in the oven) ?
